1. I remember 35 years ago in Santa Barbara county when some guy left his camp fire burning.

It expanded into a huge forest & wild fire. The bill was $84M and 6 months in prison. That debt is not discharged in bankruptcy. People just have this attitude that it can't happen to me. But it will if the person doesn't use their brain.
