David Geffen in the crosshairs of Old Surfer Dude. haha
One of the things I thought so beautiful about the Golden State was the public beach law.

That's correct, I've been watching wealthy folks block access to public beaches since 1960.

Don't allow them to rebuild there. There's not enough space. Should be open beach. Those houses are (were) monstrosities

City can't zone, than no hook up to city utilities, electric, water, sewer.
