7. Actually Malibu Beach access is pretty easy.

There are beach access points all along that waterfront area. Or there were, anyhow. Now, access points are moot until the rebuilding happens. Here's a map that shows all access points in Malibu, along with directions to get to the access paths. It's a PDF file at the link.
