Trump is not inhibited by anything. Instead of dreaming up all the reasons why we can't do something, Dems need to be thinking about how they can expose the treachery of these fascists with the least harm to our national security.

Of course, it becomes a moot point in 9 days, and I think it is safe to say that Biden will do nothing in this area between now and then.

Had we won the election, the legacy of this administration would have been saving the country from fascism and recovering from the pandemic and crash of the economy. But losing the election likely changes Biden's legacy into being Nero fiddling while Rome burned. There were so many things that Biden. Garland, and others could have done (*), but decided on the path of timidity instead.

* especially after SCOTUS declared that the President can never be prosecuted for any action taken while attending to an "official duty". And I remind gentle readers that decision was announced July 1, giving Biden over 6 months to act without any fear of prosecution.
