"One of the 2016 dossier memos reported that Cohen allegedly traveled that year to Prague to meet with Kremlin representatives on behalf of the Trump campaign. There has been much debate around this since. We are aware of subsequent intelligence geolocating one of Cohen’s mobile phones in the Czech Republic in August 2016. The McClatchy newspaper group reported in April 2018 that Mueller’s team had evidence that Cohen had entered the Czech Republic in August or early September. And in December 2018 the same McClatchy reporters wrote that Cohen’s phone had “sent signals ricocheting off cell towers in the Prague area in late summer 2016” and that an Eastern European intelligence agency had eavesdropped electronically on a Russian saying that Cohen was in Prague during the relevant time."
