You all know about the Steele dossier, right? What you may not know is the story behind it, and the fact the FBI had it for months and sat on it doing nothing (quashed by an FBI official who was later charged with taking bribes). While Comey chose to kneecap Hillary, he never mentioned to the press that the FBI had a compelling document detailing Trump’s collusion with Putin.

This is a stunning and compulsively readable book that reveals just how corrupt the FBI is. Steele kept trying to warn them, and they repaid him by revealing his Russian sources to the press, resulting in the likely deaths of those sources. By the way, none of the revelations in the document have been disproven.

And be cautious about trusting Michael Cohen. There is SIGINT that does indeed place him in the Czech Republic at the time Steele says he was there. Cohen denies the visit, but his cell phone signal bounced off Czech towers, and there’s more.

John McCain was the only one brave and decent enough to take action. What a tragedy that McCain is dead. Trump’s people made sure that Steele’s reputation would be smeared, but the man knows Russia and its machinations better than anyone.

If you want to feel even more hopeless, you all should read it. It’s horrifying.
