A Republican was swown into Congress and Harris extended her hand to the husband but he would NOT [View all]

shake Harris's hand. She handled the situation well. I saw another tweet that said who it was but I can not find it now. Anyone know who the woman is??? Note that husband did not even make eye contact. Jerk to say the least.
