shake Harris's hand. She handled the situation well. I saw another tweet that said who it was but I can not find it now. Anyone know who the woman is??? Note that husband did not even make eye contact. Jerk to say the least.

(55,906 posts)I know a number of germaphobes who never shake hands. They fist bump or apologize or at least acknowledge the other person and explain themselves.
Could be race or gender, but certainly could be specific - she ran against Donnie, who likely is their exalted hero.
To be fair, I wouldn't shake Donnie's hand either, though I'd probably be even more obvious about it, turn my back or something....

In other words, Fuck his religion if it encourages him to behave in bad behavior. Most religions are big on NOT intentionally offending other people.

(4,392 posts)When liberals like Bill Maher and Cenk Uguyr criticize the left and say that we shouldnt disassociate ourselves with Trump voters, but a husband of a Republican Senator does something petty like this and the Twitter responses from Trump voters agree with his actions.
