a caravan of immigrants was heading up from southern Mexico to the U.S. border in an attempt to get here before President Biden leaves office. The commentator said it was a ten day trip, but if for any reason it is delayed I can see that being the Reichstag Fire excuse to declare an emergency. One reason they might be delayed is that our last two administrations did ask Mexico to stop these large migrating groups. But Mexico might only succeed in slowing them down just enough. But we all know Trump can pull fake crises out of his ass whenever he feels like it.

With DHS totally under his auspices, he can manufacture fraudulent "intel" any time he wants to prove anything he wants.

In any event, I do expect this declaration at some point, likely sooner rather than later.
