Her son's description is similar to many high end independent living places. It sounds like a nice place.
I hope there will be answers about both her DC and district offices. It sounds like the district one closed at the end of November. It sounds like constituent services may have stopped then. If the DC office was not active, you would think other Representatives would know, especially those in nearby offices.
