His actual quote is

"They rigged the election and I became president."

What happened is they (Musk & Co) rigged the election and he became president. He goes right from rigging elections to his being elected. To believe he means what you say, he would have had to say something like, "It's too bad I wasn't going to be president because they (Dems) rigged the election and I wasn't reelected. But now I've been elected again!" The lack of "again," the lack of follow-up ranting about how Biden stole 2020 from him, these are big flags for me that he's talking about 2024.
