Her financial and legal exposure remains extremely high as long as she is connected to him. While she would remain liable It would mitigate possible legal action if she dumps him and turns as a cooperating witness against him.

While Donald Trump has immunity protection, Melania doesn't. Arguments can be made as to whether to pursue state and/or federal charges against her for tax evasion. Will Donald give Melania a pardon after all those lonely nights in the stinky bedroom? Or will it give Donald the opportunity to dump her at a reduced price to obtain trophy wife 4.0 since the previous model has a lot of mileage?
