AI will run many things, all these excess people will not be needed. The ruling class will have more resources. They probably would not mind if the world population was substantially smaller.
Some very expensive life extension treatments are beginning to be available…..but to whom? Who will get the Alzheimer’s vaccine, the anti cancer vaccines? Not the regular folks.
