Trump STUNNED as Federal Lawsuit MOVES to SHUTDOWN LIBRARY?!?! - Legal AF [View all]
In breaking news, Trump, Governor DeSantis of Florida and others have been sued in federal court in Miami to stop in its tracks the construction of the Trump Hotel and Library because, the suit alleges, the land grab transferring an almost 3 acre parcel of public land owned by a financially struggling university for 0 dollars when its fair market value is $300 million, amounts to a violation of the Constitution's Presidential Emoluments Clause, in the form of a state giving a gift to a President which amounts to a bribe or an attempt to corrupt and influence him.
