instill morality into a program running AI?
Aren't we smart enough to do that?
It seems like most techbros completely dismiss the entire morality question.

If women were more involved in tech, would that be more of a possibility?

Most democratic societies have limits on power. Like traditionally, the EPA had rules to guide our policies and actions to accentuate the positive outcomes and put a brake on destructive outcomes?

Why do I hear so much about unfettered AI and nothing of its moderation?
