1) He is not worried about the midterms at all, perhaps knowing the fix is in or using the Army and legal challenges to prevent the new congress from being seated, or
2) He knows he will lose at least the House and is accomplishing as much of his agenda as he can now, or
3) Doctors have told him his expiration date is rapidly approaching and he is getting as much done as he can now.
The new congress should be sworn in roughly a year from today, if that is allowed to happen.
I am betting that Greenland or Cuba is next on Chomolini’s to do list. He has a year. Cuba would benefit him more politically, but Greenland is maybe an easier target.

We are in for a bumpy ride and the seat belt sign is on. There is really nothing or no one to stop him. The military and the supreme court will do whatever he wants.
