It's clear there was no plan here. Aa Powell said, "You break it You own it". Unless they are ready for a war, there is no regime change. Everything Trump said, she contradicted and Rubio is going to have to answer for the shit Trump said she said. Rubio had his head down the entire news conference. He knows this is a shit show even though it's his baby. He knows it wasn't thought through.
