White one uses. White and Black are not scientific terms and they are used differently by different people.
If the definition of White is Caucasian, then virtually all of the people mentioned in the Bible were White. Caucasian is a scientific term with an actual definition.
I've heard young people today say that there is no such thing as race. So that needs to be considered too. Medically people whose ancestors came from different regions have a few different physical needs, such as reactions to a few particular medicines.
