Sen. Thom Tillis, a North Carolina Republican, has said he would block Warsh's nomination from proceeding in the Senate until a federal criminal investigation of Powell by the U.S. attorney's office in Washington, D.C., is dropped.

(Warsh = trump nominee to replace Powell as Fed chair. djt waiting for senate confirmation.)

Perro thinks she is pulling a fast one. Drops the Powell case for bogus criminal wrongdoings. Says she retains the option to reinstate the Powell indictment, (after the Warsh confirmation vote.)

The ball is now in Tellis' court. (Continue to block the Warsh senate vote until Perro has the Powell case dismissed in Fed court with prejudice. The Powell case is then permanently closed for eternity. Then Perro can not pull a sleaze bag bunny from her hat and reactivate the Powell case once Warsh is confirmed.)

These Team trump sycophants can not be trusted to do the ethical thing.
