Garland should have held a press conference, and said clearly and forcefully, that Donald J Trump will be charged with insurrection against the USA. And the investigation would commence immediately. Because the country simply cannot allow this to go unanswered or delayed. And made sure Jack Smith had his day in court during Biden's term.

Should have had someone like Fanny Willis in there. Or anybody else but Garland.
