These are the only relevant CO statistics I could find. They were put out by Denver city gov't as part of a general report & not by any pro-or anti-pot group.

I will let them speak for themselves. If it is of sufficient interest, it would be easy but time-consuming to determine which of the changes are statistically significance (a series of simple proportion tests, one for each comparison, would do it).
