Well, that’s a idea. I’m doing better today. When I wrote that first post I was having a really bad day of unable to eat.
I’ve lost 21 pounds since September 22, when I had spinal fusion surgery in my lumbar area. So I’m OK. And I feel fantastic these days otherwise.
I need to lose weight but not accidentally. That makes me nervous. My BMI is around 30. So I am fine.

I was on 1 mg of Ozempic for about 18 months but it didn't help enough. So my doctor prescribed Wonder Why Sep 2023 #9
