she was having a meal with director James Cameron, in Duluth. Believe he was scouting sites. So that means she was back home in Cloquet.
About 3 years after she and Sam separated, I had a short interaction with Sam Shepherd in the check out line at our local grocery store in this small city . They were on their way north I suspect and stocking up. I only saw the back of her gorgeous hair while she waited in the SUV at the carry out door.
That love did not die easily.
