5. Do you have cable for WIFI and the Fire Stick for Streaming Netflix, etc?

Did you check the batteries in your remote? Sometimes it is possible to have one good and one weak battery. Your Fire Stick can operate intermittently or not at all with weak batteries (AAA batteries). The Fire Stick is just a wireless transmitter that controls your TV.

If that is not the problem, maybe disconnect power to your cable modem and the Fire Stick television connector (HDMI port) for a couple of minutes and then start the system again. It may resolve itself with a reboot (fresh start).

Change the batteries around, and then smack the back of it with your hand a few times ms liberty Tuesday #6
