maybe he went into more detail or wrote a book. IIRC, he had an Italian surname, but can't swear to it. I saw him interviewed and he had a slight foreign (as opposed to an American regional accent). I could probably find him if I googled and see if his prediction was this early, but, mea culpa, I just don't feel like googling right now.

Yes, I think the number of TV appearances Warren made foreshadowed her desire to take a more public role of some kind, which, of course, she did.

I know I saw her on Moyers at least twice--and I didn't watch every week, but I didn't recall seeing her as early as 2004. It might be interesting to know when she first appeared on TV.
