That's a likely result of inexperienced shooters, whether they rented or own the gun.

So you got someone learning to shoot who goes to a gun range that's built to contain and sustain the activity. That seems responsible.

Now, if you think a background check is in order before you can rent a gun there, I'd agree.

I know responsible gun owners. One even let me look at his safe. Why are you picking on him??
