Gun Control Reform Activism

safe in ohio: Some one asked for my definition of a gun nut. Anyone that attends a NRA convention

I cut them some slack, sio, refining it to 'more than one nra convention', since the first one, young gunowners might get suckered into going, thinking there's some glamour or honor from going, but they should see the crap put out & quit by not renewing again.
.. not all nra members are gungho gunnuts, I peg only about 25% of them, with another 25% borderline, 25% in the turnaround stage where they'll likely quit in the next or following year; Most are responsible gun owners.
.. but I agree with you essentially, anyone who'd go to them on a regular basis is suspect of being a rabid gunnut.
