2. We need more prosecutions for this type of careless, reckless, thoughtless, irresponsible stupidity

it should be against the law to be stupid and have a gun... but since we can't even weed out the mentally ill, I don't know how we'll eliminate the stupid.

I commend the grand jury and the District Attorney. When people have to do time, pay stiff fines, have probation, etc., maybe we'll have fewer of these tragic avoidable 'accidents'.
