Hi all,
Thank you for the info and for your feedback. Especially fir the links, which I am about to look at.

I have to call the insurance company because the agent insists that yes, I can change plans now....
I also will ask the company how much the co-pay is.
Then,
I will look at all the medical, therapy, physcial therapy, etc visits in the past year, and see which way serves me better:
Co-pay or high premium, 0r no co-pay and less high premium. Actually looking at the fee table I got even with I co-pay by the time one is 78, either way it is f'in expensive. I hate insurance. We should do without it. But that is neither here nor there.
