It took OPD 12 hours to come to a call at our warehouse in Fruitvale back when I lived in Oak. Someone had smashed out every single window in the cars in our secure parking area. They seemed put out to have to come down and report it. Glad to know they are johnny on the spot with a keen fucking eye for detail when they are motivated.
