As Plutonomic states sometimes end very badly for its Plutonomists. They've been infiltrating government positions via "tea party" candidates, harming "one person, one vote" with Citizens United (and are apparently going for a round 2 on it), using ALEC to create laws without citizens getting to vote about them, and they most certainly called down the power upon the Occupy movement (they list their main fear as being people demanding income equality), as well as using the purchased media to both ignore and demonize the movement...bet your ass they've got plans for collapse. Militarization of the police, drone bases inside the US, DHS making law enforcement their puppets via iWatch, the list goes on.

But economic collapse ends Plutonomies, according to the memo, so there's a bright side
