So -- while we all pinned some hopes on that...or on the Hamilton Electors to do their job...the big question is this: what do we (we as the collective people who know that this election was stolen) do? I know - "we organize", "we fight back"...but no, what I mean is what specific steps do we take - NOW - to gain back control for the people?

I was thinking about this in the context of Fidel Castro's death. An extremely polarizing figure. People loathed him, wanted him dead -- and some thought of him as a revolutionary for the people. His rise to power came through severe oppression by Batista in the 1950's, during Batista's 2nd term in power. Fidel came to power not alone, but because the working class and the professionals had had enough of Batista.

In no way what so ever am I idolizing Castro, just making a point of how he, along with his revolutionary supporters, was able to wrest power away and implement a government for the people - except it really wasn't as government control of the media and imprisonment of dissidents is more along the lines of a tyrant.

But - here we are at the cusp of a new and awful chapter being etched into the US History books. What will we do about it? Organize and revolt? Perhaps we will have to -- perhaps there will be no other choice...
