Watching it would make me want dim sum now ! 😄
It's winter here in NYC, so I don't feel like taking a long ride to Chinatown. Although there seems to be a few dim sum restaurants in west mid-town - it's still cold, and not a short ride.

Anway I love dum sum. Have had it it off and on for? 35+ yrs. Pork bao's; both baked and steamed, shu mi, shrimp wrapped in rice noodle, turnip cakes, and more.
And while not dim sum - sticky rice in lotus leaf! One of my absolute favorites.

And when I was visiting San Francisco I went, and had dim dum there, too.

I will think of this in mid-late Spring.
