Perhaps your sister is trying to mend fences and rebuild a closer relationship. So, tell her how you feel at this point and let her know that you appreciate her concern but to give you the space to deal with your grief and that you promise to reach out if things become too tough. Ask her not to worry if she doesn't hear from you on a constant basis but that you'll stay in touch.
I haven't experienced death of a spouse but have lost close friends and family and can only offer healing from my perspective. Just do what you need to do for YOU. Hang in there.
