"Dear Sirs,

Last summer I ordered 5 of your large stone heads (model number A37215-L), one each as a gift to each of my grandchildren. Imagine my surprise when over 500 of them arrived later that year! I later discovered that my bank account was emptied as payment for these. I am sure that a check of your records and my original order will indicate that I intended to only purchase 5 of these heads. Please refund to my account the difference. I have placed the surplus heads out by the beach.
