1. Reading the headline, I thought the article would be on the Crown Heights riot

In terms of lives lost and amount of damages to homes and businesses, the Crown Heights Riot of 1991 should be considered the worst anti-Semitic riot in the US.
But, I can understand that this riot of 1902 could almost be considered a 'pogram', even though there seemed to have been no lives lost -- state-sponsered terrorism by police.
