To use in some places. It has been hard to adjust to being that disabled, but I was able to visit some places l, like museums, without pain or fatigue. On the sage side, I have a petty story. I collected some sage on a beautiful day at my brother's place, out west, in the high desert. When I brought some to share at my Midwest drum circle, a member informed me that only white sage was the right thing. I was hurt. So then I started researching how cow manure is used for blessing in some traditions. Of course, I didn't bring any to my drum circle, because my better angels won out over my petulant side. Feel better. Smudge with sage or other herbs or whatever; irisblue is the secret sauce.
