I was following along nicely until I got smacked by this phrase. Is it a typo? Did you confuse 'aspartame' with another word perhaps? If not, I ask for clarification please

In re: 'figure out an easy or communal way to do it.'; are there any spiritual or new age centered organizations in your locale? You might connect with one or two to find methods and opportunities for group activities of the sort you describe. There are also many such like communities on the internet. Good luck!
