15. I had A-fib and they put me on Eliquis. If I had a bleed it didn't last long.

It clotted up and stopped. If I bumped my hand enough to bruise it, it didn't spread very far. After about 6-months the doc did a cardio version and got my heart back in rhythm. Not on it any more. I still ride. Take the knobby dirt tires off and get a set of dual-sport that have tread for 90%- 80% street and 10%-20% dirt and ride on the street. I've licensed and titled a few dirt bikes here in Colorado. PM me if you have any questions about set up.
