Cocoon was very surreal and enjoyable, but it was a bit too easy for me.

Witness is damn hard but great. Here are a few I've played recently on Xbox One (not sure about PS5)

Unravel - very unique and entertaining
The Pedestrian - quirky and difficult
Little Nightmares I and II - a personal favorite!
Ori and the Blind Forest - more of a side-scroller than a puzzle game, absurdly difficult at times
SiNKR 1 and 2 - decent puzzles, sort of repetitive
The Talos Principle - The greatest puzzles of all, very hard and very long gameplay
Superliminal - Interesting perspective puzzles, gets old after a while
The Last Campfire - Pretty entertaining but easy
Planet of Lana - Side-scroller with decent puzzles and amazing immersive story
Q.U.B.E. 2 - Quite the challenge and will take quite a while to beat, recommended!
Portal 2 - A classic Xbox 360 era game that set the standard for these types of games. Recommended!
The Swapper - Actually quite the challenge but it is very clunky, and the game literally looks like shit.
The Turing Test - Takes a while to get going but has some tough puzzles towards the end.
