He's the doofus and shame of the family, let me tell you. I lived in Tennessee and I know. His brother Bill, who was two-term governor, is a decent guy despite being a Republican. Bill is now working on prison reform and on a speaking tour with Cyntoia Brown-Long. But Jim? Well, most families have one.
