I know Khan wanted that at first, but the NFL refused to give him the sole rights, so think that ship has passed.

Khan doesn't care about the team, just the real estate & growing his fortune. Jacksonville deserves so much better than him. Hope Peterson is a good coach regardless of us having a bad owner and potentially bad GM.
