Last Night's Bears game was my "Heidi Bowl." [View all]

With under 4 minutes to go, the Bears were down 16-6 to the Packers. I was done and went to bed. However, the Bears tied it up and won 22-16. While I'm sorry I missed it, very happy they won for an unthinkable 11-4 record with 2 games to go.

* Heidi Bowl, or Heidi Game, refers to a notorious 1968 American Football League (AFL) game between the Oakland Raiders and the New York Jets, famous for its exciting finish that viewers missed because NBC cut away to air the children's movie Heidi on time, leading to massive outrage and changing sports broadcasting rules forever. With the Raiders trailing late, they scored two touchdowns in the final minute, but East Coast viewers were switched to the movie, missing the comeback win, with the Jets' score changing from 32-29 to 43-32 in the final moments.
