Yes, Cleveland is a small-market team. They're never going to be a top payroll like the Yankees or Dodgers, but wouldn't you like to see the front office spring for a couple of quality free agents during the off-season?

Even though the locked up Jose Ramirez long-term, there's never any end to the talk that he'll be traded.
