Only MLB player to hit a grand slam on the first pitch he saw in his ML debut [View all]

Kevin Kouzmanoff, Sept. 6, 2006, Cleveland Indians vs. Texas Rangers

Kouzmanoff was the first player to hit a grand slam on the first pitch he saw as a big leaguer. His GS came against a young Edinson Volquez in the first inning, helping carry the Tribe to a 6-5 win. It was one of three grand slams Kouzmanoff hit in his career.
