1. Evoadi just resign with the Red Sox, 4 years, $68 million.

Smart move on his part. He was traded to the Red Sox from the Rays (my regional team). Until he went to the Red Sox, he was just known for two Tommy John surgeries. The Red Sox figured how to make him an effective pictcher, I looked at his season stats with the Red Sox, about 1/4 the endings of mainline starters, but was very effective. Of course you saw what he did in the offseason.

All in all, good for him and the Red Sox, he should be good there and is just 28. Really wish the Rays had figured out how to keep him healthy and pitching well. But it is good to see an athlete basically admit that he found a team that he should not leave, people on DU really hate him, but the Patriot's Tom Brady seem to have made the same decision at every contract signing.
