or print them yourself, they do make it clear you can go to a ticket window on game day their website says

Under the "will call" questions:
"Patrons should present the tickets displayed on their device to be scanned for entry at the gate. If patrons are unable to access these tickets, then they should go to a box office window for assistance."

Printers break (or just won't cooperate,I had an awful time getting the tickets I got through work to print), cell phones die, I'm sure the Dodgers have contingency plans for fans who don't have printer or cell access. I'm guessing you'd just need an ID and whatever confirmation number they gave you when you bought the tickets.
