2. I have Davey's autograph

Wednesday

He was playing for the AA team the Albuquerque Dodgers. I won a contest in grade school for best President’s Physical Fitness test poster and my prize was a ball signed by the whole team. 1972. The World Series winning Dodgers’ infield was playing in Albuquerque then — Steve Garvey, Davey Lopes, Bill Russell, Ron Cey, Joe Ferguson. Pretty cool.

RIP Davey.
