(the pet leash one) plus the emulator as described in the video, if you don't want to mess with the wiring. The emulator will have a connector that just clicks in.

I wonder what is wrong with the sensor, though? Maybe it just needs to be repositioned? I'd take it apart and examine it, but that's how I do everything, lol.
