3. It's awful.

I was crossing the street once and a larger vehicle had stopped for me and my friend and my two dogs. A car saw the stopped vehicle and whipped around it on the right and almost hit all four of us. I still shiver thinking about it.

This sounds similar in that the driver (I know he was drunk) didn't stop to see why the other vehicle had moved but just impatiently passed on the right, probably swaying into the shoulder.

It's just awful. Don't pass on the right, please.
